Chewy and I are glad you're here.

I'm a chef with almost forty years in kitchens from Ohio to the Florida Keys to the mountains of Wyoming.

For most of those years, I did it wrong.

Chewy is a golden retriever who came into my life in the summer of 2020, at the lowest point, and changed how the rest of it went. You could say that I met God through a Dog.

This website keeps our merchandise inspired by our adventures, cooking, videos, and media, along with the books I've written about how everything happened. Be sure to check out my fiction writing as well.

Life is an adventure. Come along with us!
